"i found a little plot of land in the garden of eden...
i tilled it with my two hands and called it my very own."

i've got four tomatoes over there on the right: a manzano plum tomato, a razzleberry pink tomato, and a chocolate cherry tomato that is brown, and a sunsugar cherry tomato that is orange.
and in the pots i have spinach, some rosa bianca eggplants and a black beauty eggplant, two sweet pepper plants, italian parsley, cilantro, zucchini, globe basil, sweet basil and purple basil, thyme, oregano, and chive seedlings, orange and pineapple mint. i also have the little orange tree sprig danny's mom brought me from florida. and i'm gonna also plant some red beets.

it's gonna be a good summer.

nice garden woman! my tomato plants from costa were starting to look like goners until last week. in my wetland lab we found a big patch of mucky peat off powdermill rd, hauled it all the way back to the van, then split it up into plastic bags. i worked it into my garden bed, all over and the tomatoes have really perked up! i saved some that i'm going to give to my mom as a belated mother's day gift lol.

that's awesome! good idea. what else are you growing in your garden?? keeping it well-watered with nature's free fertilizer? ;] I'm hoping to have spectacularly healthy plants this summer. You know the secret.
